Rebecca Vitelli, an undergraduate initiate of the University of Delaware chapter of Phi Kappa Phi member and winner of a 2014 Phi Kappa Phi National Graduate Fellowship was named the Delaware 2020 State Teacher of the Year for her work as a pre-kindergarten teacher in the Colonial School District.
